Can I cancel my ticket after purchase?
No, unfortunately not.
But tickets are transferrable.

Will there be a parking?

Am I allowed to bring my bag in?
Yes. Small clutches are perfectly fine. You are also welcome to take a normal bag with you, but this will be checked by the security at the entrance.
Please do not take any trollies or suitcases with you.

Will there be a wardrobe?
Yes. Jackets are not allowed inside, so you either have to leave them in the car or hand them in at the garderobe for €1,50. If you have a winter jacket, it's easiest to leave it in the car, therefore the admission will be faster and you save 1,50€ for the wardrobe.

Will there be food during the lunch break?
Yes, there will be several food stores in the location. Vegetarians will also be catered for. You are not allowed to take your own food with you.
For the VIP+ ticket holders there is an free catering during the lunch break.

Can I bring my own drinks?
Unfortunately, no. There will be enough drinks to buy in the location.
If someone smuggles food or drink in and gets caught by security, you'll get an immediate eviction and ban. (The same applies to food, pepper spray, etc.)
If you have a VIP+ ticket, you get unlimited free drinks. As a speaker, you automatically have access to the speaker area and also to the free drinks during the whole event time.

Is there a dress code?
Feel free to dress more classy/chic/business than usual- but the main thing is that you feel comfortable!

Are only women allowed to come?
Yes only women allowed. Only male partner of the speakers are allowed. You are welcome to bring female friends/family members with you, even if they are not in IM. (Of course they also need a ticket)
